Planning meal. Day 0

Hi guys.

If you are here - you did search for some recipes that you can easy to cook.
I don't like to cook actually. Or no, I can say that I just don't have so much time to think about complex dish and find an advantage for buying food or cook something easy.

But now I am interesting how I can grow my potential to eat normal food, more healthy food. I think it's not so difficult. You just need to understand which ingredients are important for ration.

What situation I have now.
From Tuesday to Thursday I can't cook. It's a working. I am too late at home these days. So I buy the food for these 3 days. One pack of good food costs I think 3 with some cents dollars. I take it for 2 persons.
Friday - the last day of working. I can buy something delicious or special - for example a pizza.
Saturday - the day you can get away from work mentally (I don't know how to say it normally). That day finally I can go to food shop and buy products. It is cheaper than to buy food.
Sunday - the cooking day. The meal from this day will remain for Monday too.

What I want to change - I want to cook more food but I dot want to spend too much time. I want to understand - which products I don't have enough. Maybe I've just forgotten that it's an ideal time to buy some fruits.

So I begin to find an info - what to eat, when to eat, which vitamins you should get this season and so on. Some data I will share with you here on the pages of this blog.

I hope it will be useful not for me but for someone else.
