Omelet with Ham and Cheese

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  chicken egg - 6 leek - 1 boiled smoked ham - 100 g butter - 50 g sour cream - 200 g cream 25% - 100 ml cheese - 50 g parsley - taste salt - taste nutmeg - taste black ground pepper - taste Steps of cooking:  1. Eggs beat up with sour cream, cream, chopped parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Classic Greek Salad

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  olive oil - 3 tbsp lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp garlic - 1 clove dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon tomato - 3 red onion - 1/4 cucumber - 1/2 green bell pepper - 1/2 feta cheese - 120 g olives without pits - 16 Steps of cooking:  1. In a small jar mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Close the lid and shake well to mix. 2. In a large bowl, cut tomatoes into small slices, cut cucumber into small pieces, cut red onion into thin rings, cut green pepper into thin strips, dice feta and olives. 3. Before serving, pour over the dressing, gently mix and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Spaghetti Carbonara with Red Onion

We form cutlets. 2. Marinate red onion in vinegar with salted water. 3. Dry the buns in the oven. 4. Fry the cutlets. 5. We form hamburgers. On the bottom bun we put a salad, then - onions, then - cucumbers, then - tomato, cutlet and on top press the second half of a bun. Canape With Cheese, Tomato And Bacon

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  white bread - 5 butter - 50 g cheese - 100 g tomato - 3 bacon - 10 slices Steps of cooking:  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  onion - 5 pork - 700 g potatoes - 2 kg cheese - 400 g butter - 200 g sour cream - 8 tablespoons mayonnaise - 8 tablespoons milk - 2 tablespoons salt - taste ground black pepper - taste greens - taste Steps of cooking:  1. Slice the meat in small slices, salt, pepper, mix with finely chopped onion and a little oil and leave for a while. 2. Cut potatoes with straws, except for one potato - it must be cut into circles. Meat and onions spread on pots. Then put the potatoes and mix. Top the contents of each pot with potato slices. 3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. On top of the potatoes, put a piece of butter in each pot, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the sour cream sauce. 4. Preheat the oven to 220-240 degrees. Casserole from mashed potato and chicken

Despite simple ingredients, toasts are very nutritious and tasty. You can serve toast with greens or salad. You can also play with taste by replacing cheese, so everyone can find a cheese toast to taste. Ingredients: White bread - 6 pieces Butter - 10 g Cheese - 70 g Vegetable oil - 25 ml Steps of cooking: 1. The usual slices of white bread are divided into 2 piles. For the first 3 slices, put a piece of cheese, on top - a slice of butter. The remaining slices of bread from the second stack cover the resulting sandwiches. 2. On a hot frying pan pour the vegetable oil, put the future toast, but in a special way.
