Canape With Cheese, Tomato And Bacon



Servings (portions): 4

Ingredients: 
white bread - 5
butter - 50 g
cheese - 100 g
tomato - 3
bacon - 10 slices


Steps of cooking: 
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Each slice of bread cut into slices about 4x4 cm and dry it on a baking sheet. Cheese cut into thin triangles, cut the bacon slices in two, and cut the tomatoes into very thin slices.

2. Lubricate the dried bread with a softened oil, lay on each piece of cheese and tomato slice, and on top - half-folded slices of bacon.

3. Lay the canapés on baking paper and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese becomes sticky and the bacon crisp. Serve hot.
