Classic Greek Salad

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  olive oil - 3 tbsp lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp garlic - 1 clove dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon tomato - 3 red onion - 1/4 cucumber - 1/2 green bell pepper - 1/2 feta cheese - 120 g olives without pits - 16 Steps of cooking:  1. In a small jar mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Close the lid and shake well to mix. 2. In a large bowl, cut tomatoes into small slices, cut cucumber into small pieces, cut red onion into thin rings, cut green pepper into thin strips, dice feta and olives. 3. Before serving, pour over the dressing, gently mix and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Homemade Hamburgers

Servings (portions): 6 Ingredients:  ground beef - 700 g crushed rusks - 60 g garlic - 3 cloves red onion - 1 salted cucumbers (pickles) - 2 (medium size) tomatoes - 2 green salad - 1 grated cheese parmesan - 60 g buns - 6 pieces ketchup - taste mixture of peppers - taste salt - taste vegetable (or olive) oil Steps of cooking:  1. Mix minced meat with pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan. We form cutlets. 2. Marinate red onion in vinegar with salted water. 3. Dry the buns in the oven. 4. Fry the cutlets. 5. We form hamburgers. On the bottom bun we put a salad, then - onions, then - cucumbers, then - tomato, cutlet and on top press the second half of a bun. Casserole from mashed potato and chicken

Ingredients: Potatoes - 1 kg Chicken ground - 500 g Onion - 1 Tomato - 1 Milk - 50 ml Butter - 50 g Grated Cheese - 100 g Vegetable oil Chicken Egg - 1 Salt Steps of cooking: 1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, fill them with water and put them on the fire to cook the mashed potatoes. Salt to taste. Boil to the full. We merge water, grind in puree, add milk and butter. All thoroughly whisked to the air mass. 2.
