Casserole from mashed potato and chicken



Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1 kg
Chicken ground - 500 g
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Milk - 50 ml
Butter - 50 g
Grated Cheese - 100 g
Vegetable oil
Chicken Egg - 1
Salt


Steps of cooking:
1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, fill them with water and put them on the fire to cook the mashed potatoes. Salt to taste. Boil to the full. We merge water, grind in puree, add milk and butter. All thoroughly whisked to the air mass.

2. Twist minced meat with onions in a meat grinder, season with salt, add the fried tomato and fry until ready in vegetable oil. Grate cheese on a grater, pour into a separate plate.

3. The cooled mashed potatoes are laid on the bottom of the mold (1 part), greased with vegetable oil, the next layer is laid out roasted minced meat, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover the filling with a layer of mashed potatoes (2 part).

4. Broke the egg into a small bowl, beat it and grease a casserole.

5. Put the casserole to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

6. You can serve with sour cream and herbs (if desired).
