Homemade Hamburgers

Servings (portions): 6 Ingredients:  ground beef - 700 g crushed rusks - 60 g garlic - 3 cloves red onion - 1 salted cucumbers (pickles) - 2 (medium size) tomatoes - 2 green salad - 1 grated cheese parmesan - 60 g buns - 6 pieces ketchup - taste mixture of peppers - taste salt - taste vegetable (or olive) oil Steps of cooking:  1. Mix minced meat with pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan. We form cutlets. 2. Marinate red onion in vinegar with salted water. 3. Dry the buns in the oven. 4. Fry the cutlets. 5. We form hamburgers. On the bottom bun we put a salad, then - onions, then - cucumbers, then - tomato, cutlet and on top press the second half of a bun. Homemade cheeseburger with vegetables

Ingredients: Bulb Onion - 1 Ground Beef - 300 g Green Salad - 1 bunch Tomato - 2 Salted Cucumbers - 2 Mayonnaise - 100 g Ketchup - 100 g Wheat Flour - 100 g Sesame bun - 5 pieces Processed Cheese in slicing - 5 pieces Steps of cooking: 1. We make 5 cutlets, roll in flour and fry for 15 minutes on each side. (or just buy it actually) 2. At this time, cut the buns into two parts, mix mayonnaise with ketchup and grease each half with the resulting sauce. 3. On the lower halves of the buns we spread the ingredients in the following order: lettuce leaf; cut into half rings onion; cutlet; cheese; a few tomato slices; a few cucumber slices; close the bun.
