Homemade Hamburgers

Servings (portions): 6 Ingredients:  ground beef - 700 g crushed rusks - 60 g garlic - 3 cloves red onion - 1 salted cucumbers (pickles) - 2 (medium size) tomatoes - 2 green salad - 1 grated cheese parmesan - 60 g buns - 6 pieces ketchup - taste mixture of peppers - taste salt - taste vegetable (or olive) oil Steps of cooking:  1. Mix minced meat with pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan. We form cutlets. 2. Marinate red onion in vinegar with salted water. 3. Dry the buns in the oven. 4. Fry the cutlets. 5. We form hamburgers. On the bottom bun we put a salad, then - onions, then - cucumbers, then - tomato, cutlet and on top press the second half of a bun. Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  carrot - 1 chopped meat - 500 g onion - 2 rice - 125 g bay leaf - 4 tomato paste - 2 tbsp black peppercorns - 6 pieces ground coriander - 1 teaspoon sugar - 1 teaspoon wheat flour - 3 tbsp salt - taste Steps of cooking:  1. Boil rice, rinse in cold water. 2. Grate the carrots, cut the onions into cubes. 3. Salt and pepper mince, add half of onions, grated carrots, rice and knead stuffing. 4. With wet hands roll balls, roll in flour and fry. 5. Between the meatballs, fill the remaining onion and fry for a couple of minutes. 6. 0.5 water dilute 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 3 tablespoons of flour, pour the meatballs. Add spices, sugar and salt. 7. Stew on low heat for 35-40 minutes, then turn off and let stand for 15 minutes. Every day I try to find interesting recipes that I want to try to cook. Roast in the pot

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  onion - 5 pork - 700 g potatoes - 2 kg cheese - 400 g butter - 200 g sour cream - 8 tablespoons mayonnaise - 8 tablespoons milk - 2 tablespoons salt - taste ground black pepper - taste greens - taste Steps of cooking:  1. Slice the meat in small slices, salt, pepper, mix with finely chopped onion and a little oil and leave for a while. 2. Cut potatoes with straws, except for one potato - it must be cut into circles. Meat and onions spread on pots. Then put the potatoes and mix. Top the contents of each pot with potato slices. 3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. On top of the potatoes, put a piece of butter in each pot, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the sour cream sauce. 4. Preheat the oven to 220-240 degrees. Put the pots in there and bake for 30-40 minutes. Then remove, sprinkle with herbs from the top and serve directly in the pots. Every day I try to find interesting recip...
