Roast in the pot
Servings (portions): 4
Ingredients:
onion - 5
pork - 700 g
potatoes - 2 kg
cheese - 400 g
butter - 200 g
sour cream - 8 tablespoons
mayonnaise - 8 tablespoons
milk - 2 tablespoons
salt - taste
ground black pepper - taste
greens - taste
Steps of cooking:
1. Slice the meat in small slices, salt, pepper, mix with finely chopped onion and a little oil and leave for a while.
2. Cut potatoes with straws, except for one potato - it must be cut into circles. Meat and onions spread on pots. Then put the potatoes and mix. Top the contents of each pot with potato slices.
3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. On top of the potatoes, put a piece of butter in each pot, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the sour cream sauce.
4. Preheat the oven to 220-240 degrees. Put the pots in there and bake for 30-40 minutes. Then remove, sprinkle with herbs from the top and serve directly in the pots.
