Homemade Muesli with Nuts and Cocoa

Servings (portions): 5 Ingredients:  butter - 120 g oat flakes - 3 tbsp honey - 5 tbsp cocoa - 2 tbsp nuts - 150 g Steps of cooking:  1. Mix oat flakes and nuts. 2. Heat the oil and mix with honey and cocoa. Pour mixture of flakes and nuts and mix thoroughly. 3. Bake at 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes, stirring constantly. Every day I try to find interesting recipes that I want to try to cook. Servings (portions): 6 Ingredients:  milk - 2 glasses oat groats - 2 glasses yogurt - 3 tbsp banana - 1 apple - 1 dried lingonberry (cranberry) - 50 g blueberry - 50 g raisin - 30 g raspberry - 50 g blackberry - 50 g almond - 50 g walnuts - 50 g mint - 5 g honey - 6 tbsp Steps of cooking:  1. Oat flakes or oatmeal pour milk, add a couple spoons of yogurt, grated fresh banana and apple, raisins, cranberries and leave in the refrigerator for an hour. 2. Serve with mint and sprinkle with honey. Cranberry Muesli With Yoghurt

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  cranberry juice - 1/2 glass natural fat-free yoghurt - 1/2 glass dried cranberry - 2 tablespoons oat flakes - 6 tablespoons kernels of sunflower seeds - 1 tablespoon bran - 1 tablespoon honey - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon salt - taste Steps of cooking:  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cranberry juice, oatmeal (it should be coarse grinding, not instant cooking), cranberries, sunflower kernels, bran, honey, vanilla and a little salt. Cranberry Crumble With Muesli

Servings (portions): 6 Ingredients:  frozen cranberry - 500 g sugar - 100 g muesli - 200 g Steps of cooking:  1. In a baking dish, pour out the frozen cranberries, mix it with sugar, and top the pile with muesli. 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a crumble into it for about twenty minutes. Donuts

Servings (portions): 5 Ingredients:  wheat flour - 250 g sugar - 125 g vanillin - 2 teaspoons chicken egg - 3 salt - taste baking powder - 10 g vegetable oil - 50 ml milk - 250 ml chocolate - 250 g Steps of cooking:  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanillin and salt. 2. In the middle, make a groove and pour in milk, butter and eggs. 3. Mix well with a mixer until smooth. 4. Pour in pieces of chocolate and a mix with spoon well. 5. Pour the dough into the donut-maker in portions. 6. Stove until golden, about 4-5 minutes. 7. Mix dough periodically, as pieces of chocolate settle. 8. Douse the cool donuts in chocolate icing. 9. Put for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Apple Muesli With Fruits

Servings (portions): 1  Ingredients:  apple juice - 1 glass oat flakes - 2 glasses apple - 1 natural dowered yoghurt - 1/2 glass almond - 1 g fresh berries - 50 g Steps of cooking:  1. Oat flakes and almonds pour apple juice and leave in the refrigerator for an hour (but it will be best to leave for the night) 2. Cut the apple into cubes. 3. Mix everything, add yogurt. Basel Toast With Cherries

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  white bread - 12 butter - 3 tablespoons cherry - 750 g sugar - 3 tablespoons cinnamon - taste Steps of cooking:  1. Brown 12 pieces of white bread on both sides in boiling oil, put on a dish. 2. Put cherries in a saucepan, mix with sugar, leave for half an hour. Then drain the juice into a separate bowl, bring to a boil, adding sugar. Must get a thick syrup. 3. To spread the cherries into slices of bread immediately before serving, pour with chilled syrup and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. French Toast With Berries

Servings (portions): 3 Ingredients:  white bread for toast - 6 pieces] milk - 70 ml chicken egg - 3 butter - 60 g salt sugar honey - taste fresh berries - 110 g Steps of cooking:  1. Cut the bread into triangles. 2. Beat eggs with milk, sugar and salt. 3. Heat the frying pan and melt the butter. 4. Dip the bread from both sides in the mixture and send to the pan. 5. Fry for one and a half minutes on each side (take into account the features of your plate). 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the toast to bake in the oven to a crust. 7. Garnish with berries, pour honey or syrup. Brownie With Dark Chocolate

Servings (portions): 10 Ingredients: Butter - 150 g Dark Chocolate (70%) - 250 g Sugar - 3/4 glass Wheat flour - 1/2 glass Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon Chicken egg - 3 pieces Steps of cooking: 1. In a water bath, stirring, melt the butter and chocolate. Do not let the butter-chocolate mixture boil. We just need to temper the chocolate, but do not overheat it. Once the butter and chocolate have merged, remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool. 2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar for 3 minutes, until the mixture turns white and frothed. 3. Add the cooled mixture of butter and chocolate to the egg mixture. 4. Stir everything until smooth. 5. Sift the flour into the mixture with the baking powder and gently tamper with the rubber spatula until the white streaks in the mixture are no longer visible. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries

Ingredients: Chicken Egg - 2 Brown Sugar - 70 g Skim Cheese - 600 g Semolina - 5 tablespoons Blueberry - 150 g Steps of cooking: 1. Grate the yolks with a mixer with sugar and vanilla until white. 2. Add the cottage cheese and whisk until smooth. 3. Pour semolina and add the blueberries. 4. Whip the whites and enter into a mass. 5. Put into oiled form and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
