Brownie With Dark Chocolate

Servings (portions): 10

Ingredients:
Butter - 150 g
Dark Chocolate (70%) - 250 g
Sugar - 3/4 glass
Wheat flour - 1/2 glass
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken egg - 3 pieces

Steps of cooking:
1. In a water bath, stirring, melt the butter and chocolate. Do not let the butter-chocolate mixture boil. We just need to temper the chocolate, but do not overheat it. Once the butter and chocolate have merged, remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar for 3 minutes, until the mixture turns white and frothed.

3. Add the cooled mixture of butter and chocolate to the egg mixture.

4. Stir everything until smooth.

5. Sift the flour into the mixture with the baking powder and gently tamper with the rubber spatula until the white streaks in the mixture are no longer visible.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the mixture into a rectangular shape.

7. Bake brownies for about 20 minutes. They are always better not to bake a little than to overbake, because in the second case we will lose the incredible chocolate flavor and the very slightly moist internal consistency with which the brownies are so famous and for which they are so much loved. As they continue to prepare and after you get the shape out of the oven, it's best to stop cooking brownies when the brownies are slightly baked off the edges, but still shake in the middle.

8. Move the brownie from the form to the chopping board (this will be easier if you hold a knife between the edge of the shape and the edge of the brownie, and then, applying the board to the form, turn the shape and allow the Brownies to fall out onto the board themselves, then turn the second board over again.

Every day I try to find interesting recipes that I want to try to cook. If you did it - share with me your results in the comments!
