Homemade Muesli with Nuts and Cocoa

Servings (portions): 5 Ingredients:  butter - 120 g oat flakes - 3 tbsp honey - 5 tbsp cocoa - 2 tbsp nuts - 150 g Steps of cooking:  1. Mix oat flakes and nuts. 2. Heat the oil and mix with honey and cocoa. Pour mixture of flakes and nuts and mix thoroughly. 3. Bake at 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes, stirring constantly. Every day I try to find interesting recipes that I want to try to cook. Servings (portions): 6 Ingredients:  milk - 2 glasses oat groats - 2 glasses yogurt - 3 tbsp banana - 1 apple - 1 dried lingonberry (cranberry) - 50 g blueberry - 50 g raisin - 30 g raspberry - 50 g blackberry - 50 g almond - 50 g walnuts - 50 g mint - 5 g honey - 6 tbsp Steps of cooking:  1. Oat flakes or oatmeal pour milk, add a couple spoons of yogurt, grated fresh banana and apple, raisins, cranberries and leave in the refrigerator for an hour. 2. Serve with mint and sprinkle with honey. Oatmeal with Apple and Cinnamon

Servings (portions): 1 Ingredients:  butter - 1 tbsp oat flakes - 150 g apple - 60 g ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon salt - pinch sugar - 1 tbsp honey - 1,5 tbsp water - 450 ml Steps of cooking:  1. Oat flakes are poured into a saucepan, add salt and add a spoonful of sugar. Stir, pour water, top put butter. We put on stove, on moderate fire. During cooking, stir up the porridge. As soon as the flakes absorb all the water, we remove from the fire. If you have very fast stove, then it will take about three minutes. 2. While porridge boils, cut half of the apple into squares and put it in a bowl. Top with cinnamon and put a tablespoon of honey. 3. When the porridge is ready, shift it to apples with cinnamon and honey, stir. From above you can decorate with berries or mint. Cranberry Muesli With Yoghurt

Servings (portions): 4 Ingredients:  cranberry juice - 1/2 glass natural fat-free yoghurt - 1/2 glass dried cranberry - 2 tablespoons oat flakes - 6 tablespoons kernels of sunflower seeds - 1 tablespoon bran - 1 tablespoon honey - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon salt - taste Steps of cooking:  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cranberry juice, oatmeal (it should be coarse grinding, not instant cooking), cranberries, sunflower kernels, bran, honey, vanilla and a little salt. Cranberry Crumble With Muesli

Servings (portions): 6 Ingredients:  frozen cranberry - 500 g sugar - 100 g muesli - 200 g Steps of cooking:  1. In a baking dish, pour out the frozen cranberries, mix it with sugar, and top the pile with muesli. 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a crumble into it for about twenty minutes. Apple Muesli With Fruits

Servings (portions): 1  Ingredients:  apple juice - 1 glass oat flakes - 2 glasses apple - 1 natural dowered yoghurt - 1/2 glass almond - 1 g fresh berries - 50 g Steps of cooking:  1. Oat flakes and almonds pour apple juice and leave in the refrigerator for an hour (but it will be best to leave for the night) 2. Cut the apple into cubes. 3. Mix everything, add yogurt. For sweetness, you can add a little honey or maple syrup. 4. Decorate with berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries). Every day I try to find interesting recipes that I want to try to cook.
