Apple Muesli With Fruits



Servings (portions): 1 

Ingredients: 
apple juice - 1 glass
oat flakes - 2 glasses
apple - 1
natural dowered yoghurt - 1/2 glass
almond - 1 g
fresh berries - 50 g


Steps of cooking: 
1. Oat flakes and almonds pour apple juice and leave in the refrigerator for an hour (but it will be best to leave for the night)

2. Cut the apple into cubes.

3. Mix everything, add yogurt. For sweetness, you can add a little honey or maple syrup.

4. Decorate with berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries).
