Toast with avocado and poached egg


Ingredients:
Avocado - 1
Chicken egg - 1
Whole wheat bread - 1
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps of cooking:
1. Peel the avocado, crush it in a bowl to the consistency of the porridge.

2. Fill the pan with water and put it to heat. At the same time, in a separate container, gently break one egg. In a saucepan with water, add a tablespoon of vinegar and mix the water thoroughly. Now it is necessary to create a funnel using a spoon or culinary spatula, spinning water. As soon as the funnel is obtained, drizzle the egg yolk and protein in a pan. If you did everything right, then the protein will have to wrap the egg yolk and you will only have to boil the egg in hot, but not boiling water for about 4-5 minutes. Gently get the ready-made egg poached from the pan and allow it to dry out a little.

3. Fry the bread in the toaster and lay on it crushed avocado, put the poached egg on top. You can salt / pepper to taste.
