Toasts With Bacon And Poached Eggs
Servings (portions): 2
Ingredients:
bacon - 70 g
chicken egg - 2
round bun - 2
Steps of cooking:
1. First you need to boil the poached eggs: for this, carefully, without damaging the yolk, break the egg into a bowl. Put a small pot or frying pan on a small fire and pour into it about 2.5 cm of boiled water from the kettle. As soon as the bubbles begin to rise from the bottom, gently pour the egg into the water and allow it to cook for exactly one minute (watch by the clock). Remove the pan from the fire and let the egg "reach" in hot water, exactly 10 minutes.
2. Fry buns and bacon on both sides. Put bacon slices on top of the buns.
3. Remove the poached egg with a spatula - the protein will be ready, but very tender, and the yolk - fluid. Soak the spatula from below with a paper towel, place the poached on the toast with the ham and immediately serve.
