Basel Toast With Cherries



Servings (portions): 4


Ingredients: 
white bread - 12
butter - 3 tablespoons
cherry - 750 g
sugar - 3 tablespoons
cinnamon - taste


Steps of cooking: 
1. Brown 12 pieces of white bread on both sides in boiling oil, put on a dish.

2. Put cherries in a saucepan, mix with sugar, leave for half an hour. Then drain the juice into a separate bowl, bring to a boil, adding sugar. Must get a thick syrup.

3. To spread the cherries into slices of bread immediately before serving, pour with chilled syrup and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
