Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries
Ingredients:
Chicken Egg - 2
Brown Sugar - 70 g
Skim Cheese - 600 g
Semolina - 5 tablespoons
Blueberry - 150 g
Steps of cooking:
1. Grate the yolks with a mixer with sugar and vanilla until white.
2. Add the cottage cheese and whisk until smooth.
3. Pour semolina and add the blueberries.
4. Whip the whites and enter into a mass.
5. Put into oiled form and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
