Fried eggs in French bread


Ingredients:
Chicken egg - 2
White bread - 2
Tomato - 2
Greens - 1 bunch
Butter - 20 g
Salt
Steps of cooking:
1. In the middle of a piece of bread make a hole by removing the crumb.

 2. In the frying pan, melt the butter, fry the bread on both sides.

 3. Eggs gently break and pour into the center of the bread form. Salt. Fry until done.

 4. Serve scrambled eggs with chopped tomato and greens.
