Classic Greek Salad



Servings (portions): 4


Ingredients: 
olive oil - 3 tbsp
lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp
garlic - 1 clove
dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
tomato - 3
red onion - 1/4
cucumber - 1/2
green bell pepper - 1/2
feta cheese - 120 g
olives without pits - 16



Steps of cooking: 
1. In a small jar mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Close the lid and shake well to mix.

2. In a large bowl, cut tomatoes into small slices, cut cucumber into small pieces, cut red onion into thin rings, cut green pepper into thin strips, dice feta and olives.

3. Before serving, pour over the dressing, gently mix and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
