Omelette with tomatoes
Ingredients:
Chicken Egg - 3
Tomato - 1
Sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Steps of cooking:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and shake them with a fork.
2. Cut the tomato in half and grate it in a bowl with eggs. A little salt and mix.
3. On the heated frying pan pour a little sunflower oil and the resulting egg-tomato mixture.
4. Now the main thing is not to let the tomatoes become a whole piece, as in the case of a classic omelette. To do this, stir the mixture with a spatula.
5. When most of the water evaporates from the frying pan, lay out the prepared omelette on a plate.
