Ragout



Servings (portions): 4

Ingredients: 
cauliflower - 1 kg
zucchini - 1 kg
bell pepper - 700 g
tomatoes - 500 g
onion - 250 g
carrot - 200 g
salt - taste
vegetable oil

Steps of cooking: 
1. Finely chop onion. Carrots should be rubbed on a medium grater.

2. Cut cabbage on the inflorescence. Peel the marrow, cut into cubes. Pure the pepper from seeds and cut into strips. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

3. On vegetable oil fry the onions. Add the carrots, lightly fry. Add cabbage, zucchini, pepper, stew, under the lid, about 10 minutes (do not add water, the vegetables will give juice).

4. Then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, stew (under the lid) until cooked. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
