Classic Mushroom Julienne



Servings (portions): 1

Ingredients:
champignon - 100 g
onion - 2
wheat flour - 1 teaspoon
butter - 2 tbsp
cream - 50 ml
hard cheese - 50 g
salt - taste
black ground pepper - taste

Steps of cooking:
1. Grind onion and mushrooms, fry with salt and pepper in butter. Add the flour and mix.

2. Spread the mushroom mixture on the molds, pour the cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees 20-25 minutes.
