Spaghetti Carbonara with Red Onion



Servings (portions): 2

Ingredients: 
spaghetti - 250 g
butter - 20 g
garlic - 2 cloves
red onion - 1
bacon - 50 g
cream 20% - 200 ml
grated cheese parmesan - 50 g
chicken egg - 4
salt - taste
back ground pepper - taste


Steps of cooking: 
1. Boil the water in a large saucepan and cook the pasta to the al dente state. Usually for this you need to cook it for a minute less than indicated on the pack. 

2. While the pasta is boiled, melt the butter in a frying pan and fry on it finely chopped onion, garlic and bacon. To softness and to a distinct garlic and fried odor.

3. Remove the frying pan from the fire and in a deep bowl, whip four egg yolks with cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper the mixture, whisk again.

4. In the finished spaghetti, pour the pieces of bacon fried with onion and garlic. Pour in a mixture of cream, yolks and parmesan, stir. And immediately serve, sprinkled with freshly grated cheese and black pepper.
