Curd Cream For Cake And Cupcake



Ingredients:
Cottage Cheese (exactly cheese!) - 350 g
Butter - 115 g
Powdered Sugar - 100 g
Vanillin - 2 g


Steps of cooking:
1. Put the ingredients in a bowl and beat it with a mixer until smooth. This will take 5-7 minutes.

The main important thing!
Very cold curd cheese, very soft butter. That is, it is better to keep the cheese in the refrigerator all night long, so that it is cold and hard enough. And vice versa butter - for a couple of hours (night), hold in the kitchen on the table, so that it becomes soft and supple. Only under such conditions will you get an excellent cream with a delicate texture and taste.

You can use this cream for hats on cupcakes.
