Thick Hot Chocolate With Whipped Cream And Marshmallows
Servings (Portions): 6
Ingredients:
Corn starch - 2 teaspoons
Milk - 4 glasses
Dark chocolate - 200 g
Honey - 3 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
Salt
Whitened sweet cream
Marshmallows
Steps of cooking:
1. In a small bowl, mix the starch and 0.5 cups of milk.
2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat the milk, but do not let it boil. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, honey, vanilla and salt. Stir well until smooth and add starch. Mix again
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, remove from heat and lightly cool (chocolate should gently thicken when it cools). Pour over the cups and decorate with cream and marshmallow.
