Vanilla Curd Casserole



Ingredients:
Sour Cream - 200 g
Soft Defense Cream - 750 g
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Chicken Egg - 3
Vanilla Sugar - 30 g
Salt
Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons


Steps of cooking:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt.

2. Add sour cream, cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.

3. Pour flour and mix it again, lumps should not be.

4. The form should be greased with oil, put the dough into it and put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 25 minutes.

5. Cool the dish. Serve best chilled, with syrup, berries or jam to taste.
