Compote of Frozen Berries



Servings (portions): 10

Ingredients: 
frozen berries - 500 g
water - 2 liter
sugar - 1 glass


Steps of cooking: 
1. In a pot of 5 liters (you can less), pour in water and add sugar. Bring to a boil.

2. Frozen berries are sent to boiling water and wait again for the water to boil and reduce the fire.

3. Cook the compote at a low temperature for about 5 minutes, then close the lid and leave it aside for 30 minutes.

4. Cool, if desired, you can filter it.
