Potato Cream Soup with Champignons Mushrooms



Servings (portions): 3

Ingredients: 
potato - 7 pieces
champignons - 300 g
onion - 1
cream 20% - 200 ml
butter - 20 g
greens - 10 g
salt - taste


Steps of cooking: 
1. We peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, fill them with water so that the potatoes are completely covered. Salt water.

2. In the frying pan, we sink the butter and fry finely chopped onions until golden. 
Then cut mushrooms into large pieces and add to the onions. Lightly fry (if it starts to burn, add a little water from the potatoes).

3. Toasted onions with mushrooms are sent to a pan with prepared potatoes and boil a little more, stirring occasionally.

4. We merge the broth into a separate bowl. A potato mushroom mass whisk with a blender. After that, add the broth to the resulting puree until it becomes softer, until the consistency you need.

5. Put on the fire, stirring constantly. Introduce cream and mix everything well. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

6. Serve with greenery and a couple of slices of mushrooms.
