Apple Pie



Servings (portions): 4

Ingredients: 
apple - 1 kg
wheat flour - 2 glasses (200 g per 1 glass)
sour cream - 1,5 cups ()
butter - 150 g
vinegar - 1 teaspoon
sugar - 1 glass
chicken egg - 1
soda - 1/2 teaspoon


Steps of cooking: 
1. Butter of room temperature grate and mix with 1.5 glasses of flour. Then pour a half cup of sour cream into the dough and mix well. At the end, add baking soda (in advance with vinegar), stir, and mix the dough with your hands. The dough should turn out soft and do not stick to your hands.

2. Apples peel, remove the core and cut with a potato peeler on thin platelets, similar to petals.

3. Roll out the dough and give it the shape of the container in which you will bake the cake. Put the dough on the bottom of the mold, from above lay the apple petals.

4. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of sour cream, egg, sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour and lightly whisk. The cream should look liquid enough. Pour the mold with the dough and apples with cream.

5. Preheat oven to 200 degrees, place the mold there and bake for 50 minutes.
