Thin Pancakes with Milk (also known as Crepes)



Servings (portions): 4

Ingredients: 
wheat flour - 400 g
sugar - 2 tbsp
chicken egg - 4
milk - 1 liter
salt - on the tip of a knife
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp


Steps of cooking: 
1. Whisk the eggs with sugar, gradually enter the flour and salt.

2. Pour in the milk and gently stir until smooth.

3. Leave it for 20 minutes.

4. Add vegetable oil to the dough and fry the pancakes on a strongly heated frying pan.
