Cottage Cheese Cake with Eggs (like a Muffin)



Servings (portions): 4
Ingredients: 
curd - 200 g
sour cream - 2 tbsp
chicken egg - 2
butter - 2 tbsp
wheat flour -1 glass
sugar - 1 glass
salt - taste
baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps of cooking: 
1.Take 200 grams of cottage cheese, add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, a glass of flour, a glass of sugar, half a teaspoon of extinguished soda, a pinch of salt.

 2. Mix everything, put it in the mold. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

Despite simple ingredients, toasts are very nutritious and tasty. You can serve toast with greens or salad. You can also play with taste by replacing cheese, so everyone can find a cheese toast to taste.
