Cottage Cheese Cake with Eggs (like a Muffin)



Servings (portions): 4


Ingredients: 
curd - 200 g
sour cream - 2 tbsp
chicken egg - 2
butter - 2 tbsp
wheat flour -1 glass
sugar - 1 glass
salt - taste
baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon


Steps of cooking: 
1.Take 200 grams of cottage cheese, add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, a glass of flour, a glass of sugar, half a teaspoon of extinguished soda, a pinch of salt.

2. Mix everything, put it in the mold. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
