Eclairs with Cream-Curd Cream



Servings (portions): 8


Ingredients: 
wheat flour - 1 glass
water - 1 glass
butter - 100 g
chicken egg - 4
curd (cottage cheese) - 200 g
sugar - 1 glass
cream - 200 ml
salt - taste
vanillin - taste


Steps of cooking: 
1. Water boil with butter and salt. Continuously stirring, pour in flour in small portions. Reduce the heat, grind the mass to uniformity and remove from heat. When it is a little cool, continuing to rub, drive eggs one by one.

2. Using a pastry bag on a greased baking sheet, dough balls with the size of a walnut, at a great distance from each other. Bake in a well-heated oven. 10 minutes after the start of the baking, when the cakes rise and lightly brown, reduce the heat and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, until the cakes are well browned and hardened.

3. Ready to cool the cake fill with cream with a confectionery bag. To prepare the cream, curd the cottage cheese with sugar, add whipped cream and vanillin. Stir gently and shake until fluffy.
