Rice Porridge with Pumpkin

Servings (portions): 4


Ingredients: 
pumpkin - 0.5 kg
milk - 0.5 liter
rice - 1 glass
salt - taste

(attention: there was 1 keg of pumpkin and 1 liter of milk, but I think it's too much for 1 glass of rice)


Steps of cooking: 
1. Wash and peel the pumpkin, cut into slices, pour the milk and cook until half cooked.

2. Then put the rice washed in hot water into a pumpkin and add salt; Cover a saucepan of pumpkin and rice with a lid and cook until ready. Serve with butter and sugar.
