Tartlets with Apples
Servings (portions): 12
Ingredients:
curd (or cottage cheese) - 500 g
cottage cheese (right a cheese here) - 200 g
white sugar - 150 g
chicken egg - 3
vanilla sugar - 10 g
cream - 100 ml
apple - 2
Steps of cooking:
1. Curd 2 times wipe through a sieve, then mix well with curd cheese.
2. Eggs beat up with a mixer with sugar, vanilla sugar and combine with curd cheese mass. Add cream and whisk with a mixer for 2 minutes. Then put the resulting cream in small molds for tartlets and level.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the apples, dry well with a paper towel, remove the core with a special notch. Flesh cut into slices. Put on each tartlet with cream in a circle, sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven for 25 minutes.
