Sesame Cake
Servings (portions): 12
Ingredients:
dried apricots - 100 g
dates - 100 g
cashew - 100 g
sesame seeds - 100 g
light raisin - 70 g
Steps of cooking:
1. Pick cashew and dry it in a pan or in the oven until red. Then grind in a blender to the state of flour.
2. Rinse thoroughly dried apricots, raisins and dates. If necessary, soak in warm water. Peel the dates.
3. In the blender to the milled cashews add the dried fruits and grind to a homogeneous state.
4. Fry sesame in a pan until golden brown.
5. Form with hands a ball of nut-fruit mass, roll in sesame and decorate with cashew nuts.
