Omelette with oyster mushrooms
Everything in omelettes is a matter of authorial arbitrariness. Add or not to add water or milk, fry in olive or butter, put cheese emmental or mozzarella or a simple cheese - you decide it yourself.
Ingredients:
Chicken egg - 2
Oyster mushrooms - 100 g
Butter - 10 g
Soy Sauce - 10 ml
Dry White Wine - 30 ml
Double Cream - 70 ml
Steps of cooking:
1. Oyster mushrooms finely chopped and fried in butter, then add the wine and evaporate it. Add cream and soy sauce, simmer until thickening for 5-7 minutes.
2. Beat eggs with cream until smooth.
3. In a frying pan, melt the butter with olive and pour half of the eggs. Fry until the omelet grasps.
4. With two spatulas, roll the omelet into a tube and move to the edge of the pan.
5. Pour the remaining eggs into a pan with an omelette. When the omelet grasps - lay out the mushroom filling and wrap. Serve immediately.
P.S. Every day I try to find interesting recipes that I want to try to cook. If you did it - share with me your results in the comments!
