Rice porridge on milk
Ingredients:
Rice - 1 glass
Milk - 4 glasses
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps of cooking:
1. Rinse rice, pour into boiling water and boil for 5-8 minutes, then put in a colander or sieve.
2. As soon as the water drains, place the rice in a saucepan of hot milk and, stirring, cook it on low heat for 15 minutes, then put the sugar and salt, stir, cover, and put it on the water bath for 10-15 minutes.
3. When serving, you can put butter in the porridge. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
