Brownie With Dark Chocolate

Servings (portions): 10 Ingredients: Butter - 150 g Dark Chocolate (70%) - 250 g Sugar - 3/4 glass Wheat flour - 1/2 glass Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon Chicken egg - 3 pieces Steps of cooking: 1. In a water bath, stirring, melt the butter and chocolate. Do not let the butter-chocolate mixture boil. We just need to temper the chocolate, but do not overheat it. Once the butter and chocolate have merged, remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool. 2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar for 3 minutes, until the mixture turns white and frothed. 3. Add the cooled mixture of butter and chocolate to the egg mixture. 4. Stir everything until smooth. 5. Sift the flour into the mixture with the baking powder and gently tamper with the rubber spatula until the white streaks in the mixture are no longer visible. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Thick Hot Chocolate With Whipped Cream And Marshmallows

Servings (Portions): 6 Ingredients: Corn starch - 2 teaspoons Milk - 4 glasses Dark chocolate - 200 g Honey - 3 tablespoons Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon Salt Whitened sweet cream Marshmallows Steps of cooking: 1. In a small bowl, mix the starch and 0.5 cups of milk. 2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat the milk, but do not let it boil. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, honey, vanilla and salt. Stir well until smooth and add starch. Mix again 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, remove from heat and lightly cool (chocolate should gently thicken when it cools). Pour over the cups and decorate with cream and marshmallow. P.S. Scrambled eggs in a tomato

Ingredients (for 2 servings): Tomato - 3 Chicken egg - 3 Cheese - 100 g Greens - 1 bunch Black ground pepper Salt Steps of cooking: 1. Wash tomatoes, cut off the tops. Carefully use a teaspoon to remove the middle. 2. Beat up eggs with grated on a fine grater cheese, add finely chopped parsley and dill greens, salt and pepper. 3. In tomatoes, pour in the prepared mixture, cover with "tops" (tops of tomatoes) and bake at the maximum capacity of the microwave oven for 3 minutes. Fried eggs in French bread

Ingredients: Chicken egg - 2 White bread - 2 Tomato - 2 Greens - 1 bunch Butter - 20 g Salt Steps of cooking: 1. In the middle of a piece of bread make a hole by removing the crumb. 2. In the frying pan, melt the butter, fry the bread on both sides. 3. Eggs gently break and pour into the center of the bread form. Vanilla Curd Casserole

Ingredients: Sour Cream - 200 g Soft Defense Cream - 750 g Sugar - 3 tablespoons Chicken Egg - 3 Vanilla Sugar - 30 g Salt Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons Steps of cooking: 1. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt. 2. Add sour cream, cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. 3. Pour flour and mix it again, lumps should not be. 4. The form should be greased with oil, put the dough into it and put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 25 minutes. 5. Cool the dish. Ingredients (for 5 servings): Wheat Flour - 50 g Sugar - 100 g Milk - 60 ml Butter - 40 g Chicken Egg - 1 Cocoa - 20 g Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon Steps of cooking: 1. Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder. 2. Add sugar and softened butter. 3. Stir the mixture. 4. Drive the egg into the mixture, pour a warm milk, whisk. 5. Fill the molds, put into the oven at 160 degrees for 18-20 minutes. 6. Get out cupcakes of the molds, after complete cooling we decorate the top with a cream for your taste. Casserole from mashed potato and chicken

Ingredients: Potatoes - 1 kg Chicken ground - 500 g Onion - 1 Tomato - 1 Milk - 50 ml Butter - 50 g Grated Cheese - 100 g Vegetable oil Chicken Egg - 1 Salt Steps of cooking: 1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, fill them with water and put them on the fire to cook the mashed potatoes. Salt to taste. Boil to the full. We merge water, grind in puree, add milk and butter. All thoroughly whisked to the air mass. 2. Twist minced meat with onions in a meat grinder, season with salt, add the fried tomato and fry until ready in vegetable oil. Grate cheese on a grater, pour into a separate plate. 3. The cooled mashed potatoes are laid on the bottom of the mold (1 part), greased with vegetable oil, the next layer is laid out roasted minced meat, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover the filling with a layer of mashed potatoes (2 part). 4. Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients: Potatoes - 1,2 kg Milk - 250 ml Butter - 50 g Salt Steps of cooking: 1. Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, put them in a saucepan, add cold water and a teaspoon of salt. Water should cover all the potatoes. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and cook for 20-30 minutes until the potatoes become soft. Drain the water. 2. Melt the butter in another saucepan over low heat, add the potatoes and mash it with a spatula or special device. When the oil is completely absorbed, slowly pour in hot milk, all the time stirring the mixture with a wooden spatula. Try it, salt, if necessary. 3. Serve immediately - or keep warm. P.S. Homemade cheeseburger with vegetables

Ingredients: Bulb Onion - 1 Ground Beef - 300 g Green Salad - 1 bunch Tomato - 2 Salted Cucumbers - 2 Mayonnaise - 100 g Ketchup - 100 g Wheat Flour - 100 g Sesame bun - 5 pieces Processed Cheese in slicing - 5 pieces Steps of cooking: 1. We make 5 cutlets, roll in flour and fry for 15 minutes on each side. (or just buy it actually) 2. At this time, cut the buns into two parts, mix mayonnaise with ketchup and grease each half with the resulting sauce. 3. On the lower halves of the buns we spread the ingredients in the following order: lettuce leaf; cut into half rings onion; cutlet; cheese; a few tomato slices; a few cucumber slices; close the bun. Quick Lemonade
